Steven Herr, PhD
President and CEO
Steve oversees all business, operations and product development. Advanced Metrics puts science informed software and human centered data analysis in the hands of those providing critical services that impact the lives of individuals, families and communities. Prior to his role at Advanced Metrics, Steve served as Director of the Clinical Outcomes Management Center at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. There he had the opportunity to work in a rich academic environment where research and evidence-based practices were paramount in software design and development. Steve holds a PhD in Social Work from The University of Maryland.

Kate Gallagher, MNM
Chief Operating Officer
Kate leads Advanced Metrics growth initiatives, nurtures customer relationships and is the cornerstone of Advanced Metrics culture and vision. Advanced Metrics is Kate’s second successful business venture having launched a thriving consulting firm, focusing on nonprofit organizations on strategy, organizational development and sustainability planning. Her experience in the private and public sector has allowed Kate to focus her passion and experience on collaborative strategies that benefit and empower underserved populations.
Kate holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

John Kreiner
Chief Technology Officer
John provides leadership and vision for information and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with the mission and critical success factors of Advanced Metrics. Prior to joining the team at Advanced Metrics, John served in a variety of technology leadership roles in commercial and non-profit organizations in a variety of business verticals. John focuses on building efficient engineering teams, connecting technology to the business, delivering high quality and scalable solutions, improving processes, and finding cost efficiencies. John’s key to success is building trust across teams.
John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Baltimore.

Anna CK Erb, DSW, LCSW
Director of Communications
Anna researches and sources content to inform stakeholders of relevant, scholarly materials that inform and advance community and health-based initiatives and Advanced Metrics science to service mission. As a social worker with 20 years of experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health conditions, Anna brings a diverse clinical background to Advanced Metrics. Her experience and education has demonstrated the values and benefits of employing evidenced-based, data driven approaches that support the whole person and aid individuals in developing healthy, self-determined lifestyles. In her spare time, Anna enjoys yoga, lounging at the beach, canoeing and hiking with her husband and Australian Shephard. Anna is a licensed clinical social worker and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania.

Erin Bixler, MA
Data Insights Manager
As a Data Analyst and Project Manager at Advanced Metrics, Erin coordinates resources and organizes stakeholders to meet software development goals and provides data analysis consultation services. Erin has a strong background in data analytics and was previously employed as a research analyst. In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, pets and staying physically fit. Erin holds a Master of Arts Degree from West Virginia University.

Paige attended Salisbury University where she attained her Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in mathematics. Paige brings a fresh lens to statistical analysis and is eager to interpret data alongside and on behalf of our customers. In her free time, Paige enjoys working out and spending time with her family.
Crystal Leidy, MPA
Director of Implementation
As the Director of Implementation at Advanced Metrics, Crystal occupies a pivotal role that bridges the gap between the technical aspects of software development and the practical needs of clinical practitioners and end-users. With two decades of experience in mental health and intellectual disabilities services, Crystal brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership, quality improvement, and overseeing transformative initiatives that foster a culture of excellence.
Crystal holds a master’s degree in public administration from Pennsylvania State University, which has equipped her with a strategic mindset and an extensive understanding of the intersection of governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors. She is deeply committed to driving positive change and leveraging her skills to make a meaningful impact within the industry.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Crystal is a passionate advocate for active living and immersive travel experiences. Whether conquering a mountain summit or exploring new cultures with her family, she embraces life’s adventures with enthusiasm and curiosity.
Maggie Geraghty, MPP
Partnership Manager
As Implementation and Impact Manager, Maggie is responsible for the oversight of the Maxwell data system and all things home visiting for Advanced Metrics. Maggie brings a decade of policy experience to the team, and most recently worked in the Maternal Child Health Bureau at the Maryland Department of Health, where she helped manage the federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) grant in a variety of capacities. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys live music, reading on the beach, and going on (short) hikes with her husband, two young daughters, and Blue Heeler.
Jakub Pilecki, MSE
Director of Technology
Jakub is a Lead Software Development Engineer at Advanced Metrics. With nearly 20 years of experience in software development, he is a software architect by passion and has worked on more than 30 projects worldwide. He spends his free time reading, playing video games, spending time with his cats, and – of course – coding.
Jakub holds a Masters in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology.
Caleb Moser
Partnership Manager
As Project Implementation Coordinator, Caleb manages and monitors all phases of projects, maintains rollout schedule for implementation, manages customer accounts related to data analysis, and assists in the development of training documentation. Caleb is a lifelong learner who has a passion for helping others learn. He has over 12 years of experience as a clinician working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. In his most recent role, he assisted his organization in the rollout of a new electronic health record and trained staff in a variety of content areas. Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and dog, as well as hiking, playing basketball, and reading.

Michal comes to Advanced Metrics as a Frontend Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in software development. He studied at Silesian University of Technology, where he earned his Master’s in Computer Science. In his free time, Michal enjoys playing volleyball, listening to his favorite band, and engaging in the highly competitive world of computer gaming.

Lade is a frontend developer with a passion to see technology help people thrive. Previously, Lade worked in the arts-world as a musician and content manager. She comes to Advanced Metrics having partnered with non-profits to code real solutions for social needs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, live music, antiquing, and finding new creative hobbies.
Lin Varga
Administrative Executive
Lin Varga is the Administrative Executive for Advanced Metrics and provides business operations support. Lin has worked in the behavioral healthcare field since 1985 and understands the challenges encountered by clinicians working with data. Lin is an integral part of the Advanced Metrics team.
Martha Shetrompf
Business Operations Specialist
Martha Shetrompf is the center of Advanced Metrics administrative and compliance efforts. Martha provides administrative, receivables and purchasing support to the team. Martha also coordinates efforts around documentation and compliance of all Advanced Metrics partnerships and interactions. In her spare time, Martha enjoys reading, quilting and trips to the beach.
Pamela Gimeson, CPA, CGMA
Senior Accountant
Pam Gimeson is Advanced Metrics’ Senior Accountant. Across her career, Pam has held differing accounting positions for non-profit, insurance and distribution companies. Pam enjoys reading, golfing, is an avid soccer and volleyball mom and a self-described Excel Geek. Pam has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Bluffton University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Account.

Patrice Castellano

As the Solution Support Lead at Advanced Metrics, Patrice’s main role is to serve as a liaison between Advanced Metrics and our clients. Patrice has worked in the healthcare industry for almost 15 years. She brings to this position her quality-orientated approach, passion for attention to detail, strong research background, and people skills. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and two dachshunds.
