Advanced Metrics follows a vetted science to service implementation model that delivers implementation support and specialized training for the initial and ongoing success of any initiative. Advanced Metrics has facilitated state and county wide implementation of behavioral health software and home visiting software applications in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Maryland and California. This is Nate our Director of Training and Solution Implementation. Nate loves directly engaging with our customers through leading onsite workgroups and providing individualized training to new users of our software.

Our six-step implementation model is grounded in a collaborative relationship with the customer and involves ongoing assessment.

1 Assess

In person readiness and implementation assessments review resources and evaluate if the innovation fits the needs of the individual, community or agency.

4 Implementation

The innovation or initiative is launched.

2 Engage

Agencies and stakeholders are engaged in meaningful dialogue and agency champions are identified.

5 Feedback Loops

Feedback on the process and innovation is collected and evaluated. Specific focus is placed on comparing outcomes with initial goals and identifying ways to improve the process.

3 Prepare

Milestone events, goals and start dates are identified and agreed upon. Trainings are completed to prepare agency users for implementation.

6 Sustainability

Strategies are implemented to ensure that the innovation or initiative is well supported for ongoing sustainability. Trainings are continually available to ensure ongoing success.

A: Implementation science is the study of how evidenced based practices and interventions are adopted into real world behavioral and public health care settings.

A: Advanced Metrics implementation philosophy is embedded in implementation science. This includes careful planning and evaluation throughout all phases of the implementation process.
Q: In addition to training on the software what other trainings does Advanced Metrics offer?
A: Advanced Metrics multi-disciplinary team includes certified trainers in the TCOM developed assessments including the CANS, FAST and ANSA. Additionally, Advanced Metrics has certified trainers in Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Advanced Metrics team members regularly present at conferences on the topics of data informed decision making and implementation science.

A: Advanced Metrics offers training in numerous formats that are designed to meet end user needs. This includes in-person trainings, web-based instruction, video tutorials, training manuals and regular check ins with agencies to ensure that users’ needs are being met.
